Notes:

• "short edge duplex" and "long edge duplex" refer to the orientation edge when printing double sided
• you no longer need to select the text of the publication to get working samples of the files used in the materials; the ptux-????????-samp-zip.zip file contains all of the sample and invocation files used in the body of the text; there is a shallow directory structure that could be preserved when unzipping, though this is not critical
